Born in the outskirts of Boston, Massachusetts, in the city of Quincy, Filipe Dias is the proud son of Brazilian immigrants who came to the U.S. in the late 1980s and early 1990s. As the middle child of three boys, he learned early on the value of family, stability, and the joy of having a place to truly call home.

Growing up, Filipe experienced firsthand how meaningful it is for a family to remain in one place—to build roots, create memories, and find a sense of belonging. Those experiences shaped his passion for helping others achieve homeownership, not just as a financial milestone but as a foundation for family and future.

Coming from a pastoral family, Filipe also inherited a deep sense of service and empathy. Following in his father’s footsteps, he himself became a pastor—an experience that strengthened his heart for people and his commitment to serving others with integrity and compassion. Today, he brings that same calling into the mortgage industry, serving as the bridge between dream and reality, guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives with care, clarity, and dedication.

Since 2022, Filipe has worked in the mortgage field as both a Loan Officer and Loan Processor, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the lending process from start to finish. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, allowing him to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and make the process accessible to all.

Filipe’s mission is simple: to help families and individuals not only buy a house, but find a home—where roots can grow and life can flourish.
